Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 18 and 80 years; 2.Active H. pylori infection confirmed by ¹³C/¹4C urea breath test or histopathological examination; 3.No use of potassium-competitive acid blockers (P-CABs), proton pump inhibitors (PPIs), H2 receptor antagonists, bismuth-containing agents, or similar medications within at least 2 weeks prior to enrollment; 4. No use of antibiotics or traditional Chinese medicines with antibacterial activity within at least 4 weeks prior to enrollment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy or intolerance to any study medication; 2.History of gastrointestinal bleeding, obstruction, perforation, malignancy, or other severe organic diseases; 3. Severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal insufficiency, or immunocompromised status; 4.Pregnancy, lactation, or planned pregnancy; 5. Comorbid psychiatric disorders or inability to comply with study requirements; 6. Incomplete clinical data.
