Inclusion criteria: 1. Non-asphyxia group: (1) 28=<wgestational age<32w; (2) age=<One week; (3) non-neonatal asphyxia; (4) Consent of the legal guardian; 2. Asphyxia group: (1) 28w=<gestational age<32w; (2) age=<One week; (3) neonatal asphyxia; (4) Consent of the legal guardian;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Asphyxia group and non-asphyxia group: 1. Critical condition, early death; 2. Newborns with gastrointestinal developmental malformations or genetic metabolic diseases; 3. Inability to cooperate in completing follow-up visits;
