Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Confirmed by colonoscopy and pathology, the distance between the lower edge of the tumor and the anal margin is 5.1-10 cm (median) and 0-5 cm (low); 2. Perform laparoscopic low rectal cancer radical resection with R0 resection; 3. There is more than one high risk factor of AL (diabetes, obesity, tumor T3~T4, low protein, after neoadjuvant radiotherapy and chemotherapy, anastomotic stoma= 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe liver, liver and kidney insufficiency, coagulation disorders; 2. Preoperative intestinal obstruction requires emergency surgery; 3. Taboo of stoma or titanium clip; 4. Lost to follow-up.
