Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with AD met the DSM-5 criteria for severe neurocognitive impairment due to Alzheimer's disease; 2. MCI was defined as meeting DSM-5 criteria for mild neurocognitive impairment due to Alzheimer's disease. 3. Healthy elderly subjects were right-handed healthy elderly people matched for gender, age and education level to the patient group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion of psychiatric history; 2. No history of serious medical or neurological or physical diseases; 3. Non-alcohol or drug dependent; 4. Persons with non-severe hearing and vision impairment.
