Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Postoperative pathological confirmation of primary hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC); 2.Age >= 18 years; 3.Undergoing first-time hepatectomy; 4.Availability of complete pre- and one-month postoperative inflammation-related laboratory data;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of other concurrent malignancies; 2.Receipt of any preoperative systemic antitumor therapy; 3.Perioperative mortality; 4.Loss to follow-up resulting in the inability to determine outcomes; 5.Missing information on exposure variables or outcome variables;
