Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Outpatients and inpatients meeting the classification criteria for ACR-1997, SLICC-2012, or EULAR/ACR-2019.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with overlapping other rheumatic diseases (e.g., rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory myopathies), patients with severe infections, patients with clinical manifestations that cannot be attributed to SLE (e.g., diabetic nephropathy), and patients who are unable to cooperate in completing the Disease Assessment Scale.
