Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women with regular prenatal care between 28 and 32 weeks of gestation in our hospital. 2. All participants had good eating habits, no history of chronic constipation, no history of acute or chronic gastrointestinal inflammation, and no history of gastrointestinal surgery. 3. No use of any antibiotics (oral, intravenous, or vaginal) or probiotics (before the first stool sampling) within nearly 30 days before sampling; 4. There were no significant differences in age, parity, weight and diet between the two groups of subjects, and all of them were singleton pregnancies

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of gestational diabetes mellitus, autoimmune diseases, gestational hypertension, malignant tumors, etc. (The presence or absence of the above diseases is determined at the time of enrollment.)
