18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Normal mental state, capable of communication; no significant psychological disorders (depression, anxiety, etc.). 2. NYHA heart function class I-II. 3. Condition remains stable after PCI; age range: 18-65 years. 4. No symptoms of angina or changes in electrocardiograms indicative of ischemia during periods of exercise or recovery. 5. No severe arrhythmias induced by rest or exercise. 6. LVEF >= 50%. 7. Agrees and is willing to comply with the exercise rehabilitation program.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of severe bleeding tendencies and low levels of physical activity (<= 5.0 METs); 2. Development of angina or changes in myocardial ischemia during the recovery period, with complex ventricular arrhythmias occurring during rest or exercise; 3. Confusion, mental/cognitive/communication impairments, and refusal to cooperate; 4. Severe heart failure, LVEF < 40%; 5. Recent stroke; 6. Severe pulmonary disease, malignant tumors; 7. Poor adherence or inability to complete follow-up.
