Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Obtain the nurse practice certificate 2. After 2015, obtain the specialized nurse maintenance/stimulation certificate for central venous vascular access issued by the Shanghai Nursing Association 3. Certification period >= 6 months 4. Training base: Ruijin Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicineonths.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The following criteria will exclude individuals from this study: 1. Nurses who have resigned or changed careers; 2. Those who are unable to complete the questionnaire for other reasons.
