Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 18 years; 2. Meet the indications for PICC placement and have a clinical need for treatment; 3. First-time PICC placement using electromagnetic navigation; 4. Conscious and able to cooperate; 5. Provide informed consent and sign the consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with preoperative electrocardiogram showing atrial fibrillation or severe tachycardia that renders P-waves unrecognizable; 2. Patients with electronic implants (e.g., cardiac pacemaker, implantable cardioverter-defibrillator [ICD]) that are clinically assessed to pose a risk of electromagnetic interference; 3. Known or suspected allergy to materials contained in the device; 4. Patients with internal metal implants whose material or location cannot be clearly identified; 5. Patients in critical condition who are unable to comply with positioning requirements.
