Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The age is between 18 and 65 years old; 2. those who have indications for colonoscopy and have no contraindications; 3. being able to prepare the intestine as required; 4. voluntary subjects, signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous experience of intestinal surgery; 2. There is skin damage at the application site; 3. Severe liver, heart, brain, kidney, vascular diseases, electrolyte or coagulation dysfunction; 4. those who are allergic or may be allergic to the drugs in the experiment; 5. those who take other laxatives within one week before the examination; 6. Suspected patients with gastrointestinal obstruction, gastrointestinal perforation, gastrointestinal bleeding, inflammatory bowel disease and toxic Hirschsprung's disease; 7. Pregnant women, suffering from malignant tumors, mental illness and other malignant diseases, as well as patients who are considered unsuitable for the study by various researchers.
