Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the 2015 ACR/EULAR classification criteria for gout and is in the acute attack stage; 2. Age 18-70 years old, gender not restricted; 3. Visited the Suining Central Hospital and collected EDTA anticoagulated specimens; 4. Signed the informed consent form for admission notification by the patient or their legal representative.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Include other autoimmune diseases (such as rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, etc.); 2. Include active infections (such as pneumonia, urinary tract infection, sepsis, etc.); 3. Include severe liver or kidney dysfunction (ALT > 3 times the upper limit of normal, eGFR < 30 mL/min); 4. Have used immunosuppressants within the last 3 months (such as glucocorticoids, methotrexate, cyclosporine, etc.); 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Positive for blood-borne pathogens such as HIV, HBV, HCV (excluded according to biosafety requirements).
