18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18 - 80 years old; 2. First occurrence of stroke, in accordance with the diagnostic criteria for major cerebrovascular diseases in China (2019), confirmed as stroke by head CT or MRI; 3. Swallowing dysfunction is evaluated by the FEES swallowing assessment system; 4. Simple mental state examination score >= 21 points, clear consciousness, and good compliance; 5. The patient has signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with unstable clinical conditions; 2. Those with severe dysfunction of heart, liver, lungs, kidneys and other serious clinical diseases, as well as those with cognitive impairments; 3. Patients with severe osteoporosis; 4. Patients using implanted electronic devices (such as cardiac pacemakers, etc.) or having metal implants (such as stents, etc.); 5. Patients with complete aphasia; 6.Patients who cannot cooperate to complete all examinations and training.
