intervention group:Receive a 8-week structured Tai Chi intervention, with 3 sessions per week, each lasting 90 minutes.
control group:Take a 8-week Tai Chi course once a week, each session lasting 90 minutes
blank group:The regular physical education courses for college students are limited to activities such as brisk walking, basic physical fitness training, and aerobics, which are all basic skill exerci

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. A three-year program of study at school; 2. Be aware of the purpose of this training and participate voluntarily; 3. I have never participated in any counseling or training related to psychological capital before. 4. Those who can persist in participating in the training.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who refuse to participate; 2. Students with serious physical and mental illnesses.
