Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 6 to 14 years; 2. Planned for cycloplegic refraction for vision monitoring; 3. Child is conscious and cooperative; 4. Informed consent obtained and voluntary participation in this study; 5. Ophthalmic examination reveals no other eye diseases, inflammation, wounds, swelling, or eczema.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Myopia exceeding 500 degrees; 2. Individuals who are sensitive or insensitive to temperature; 3. Congenital hypertension, diabetes, glaucoma; 4. Systemic diseases affecting pupillary regulation.
