Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years; 2. Post-surgery and post-standard chemoradiotherapy recurrence of World Health Organization grade 4 glioma (glioblastoma) confirmed by histopathology; 3. Number of recurrent lesions =6 months since the end of initial radiotherapy; 6. KPS score >=70; 7. Blood routine, liver, and kidney functions are basically normal; 8. Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Diffuse or multiple (>3) meningeal metastases; 2. The tumor invades key structures such as the brain stem or optic chiasm, making it impossible to safely avoid; 3. There is an uncontrolled severe infection or comorbidity; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Suffering from severe mental illness and unable to cooperate with treatment and follow-up.
