Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged 7-11 with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder; 2. No regular exercise habit for more than half a year (the number of moderate to high-intensity exercises per week = 80; 5. Voluntary participation, and the parents or legal guardians of the subjects sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Besides having attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, they also suffer from other developmental behavioral disorders or mental system diseases (such as autism spectrum disorder, bipolar disorder, etc.); 2. Those whose medication usage will be adjusted during the intervention process; 3. Those who are excluded due to severe diseases that make them unsuitable for exercise (such as heart disease, asthma, etc.); 4. According to the "Research on the Weight Index Threshold Points for Screening Overweight and Obesity in Chinese Children and Adolescents Aged 2-18", the subjects with a body mass index (BMI) classified as overweight or obese in the corresponding age group.
