Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hold a valid nursing practice certificate; 2. Be a currently employed nurse; 3. Agree to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Nurses with severe mental or physical illnesses; 2. Nurses not on duty due to leave or other reasons; 3. Nurses from other hospitals who are undergoing training or further study at the sampling hospital.
