Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children under 3 years old with existing primary teeth; 2. Children and their parents are willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. During the follow-up period, parents withdrew from the study due to various reasons; 2. Within the past 3 months, they had received antibiotic treatment, hormone use or probiotic intake; 3. They had underlying systemic diseases (such as diabetes), cleft lip and palate, intellectual or developmental disorders, etc.
