Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. T2DM patients meeting ADA criteria; 2. Age >= 18 years; 3. Complete clinical data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Type 1 diabetes, gestational diabetes, and other specific types of diabetes 2. Peripheral neuropathy caused by other etiologies (e.g., alcoholic, uremic, hereditary, compressive, etc.) 3. Severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal insufficiency 4. Malignant tumors, acute infections, or other serious comorbidities 5. Incomplete clinical data or missing key variables
