Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18–25 years; currently enrolled as a full-time undergraduate or graduate student. 2.Voluntary participation with provision of electronic informed consent. 3.Total score >= 80 on the Difficulties in Emotion Regulation Scale (DERS) (based on local normative data or previously established clinical threshold). 4.Stable internet access and possession of an electronic device (smartphone or computer) with video capability. 5.No participation in other structured psychotherapy (e.g., cognitive behavioral therapy [CBT], dialectical behavior therapy [DBT], mindfulness-based interventions) within the past month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Currently meet diagnostic criteria for severe mental disorders per DSM-5 or ICD-11 (e.g., major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, borderline personality disorder). 2.History of non-suicidal self-injury or suicide attempt within the past 6 months. 3.Currently receiving psychiatric medication or ongoing psychotherapy. 4.Presence of severe medical conditions, cognitive impairment, or hearing/visual impairments that would interfere with participation in the online program. 5.Currently enrolled in another psychological or pharmacological intervention study.
