Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for sleep disorders according to ICD-10; 2. Disease duration of at least 3 months; 3. Age between 18 and 75 years; 4. No use of relevant medications within 4 weeks prior to enrollment; 5. Intact self-awareness, full understanding of the study content, willingness to participate and complete the entire study, and provision of signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of serious organic diseases such as major organ pathologies or tumors; 2. Presence of hematological diseases; 3. Presence of severe endocrine disorders; 4. Presence of psychiatric disorders; 5. Currently lactating or pregnant; 6. Presence of immune-related diseases; 7. Communication barriers.
