Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Male and female subjects aged 18-70; 2.Patients with active ulcerative colitis,with a severity score of 3-10 based on the modified Mayo scale and a duration of more than 3 months; 3.Positive detection of Aeromonas sp. MTB bacteria in fecal samples; 4.Patients have stopped using prescribed medications for ulcerative colitis during the study period; 5.Patients have agreed to participate in this clinical study and have signed the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Include other organic diseases of the digestive system; 2.Active stage of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases such as coronary heart disease, hypertension, and cerebral infarction; 3.Suffering from other systemic, autoimmune diseases, malignant tumors or other severe chronic diseases; 4.History of abuse of psychotropic drugs; 5.Pregnant or lactating women; 6.Those who have recently received probiotic treatment; 7.Patients who have used antibiotics within the past week; 8.Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis (UC) limited to the rectum or colon < 15 cm, about to undergo colectomy, having undergone gastrointestinal surgery within 2 months before screening, having a history of extensive colectomy, having an ostomy, or having a history of fistula; 9.According to the researcher's judgment, not suitable to participate in this study;
