Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. On-duty police officers of the Fourth Detachment of the High-speed Traffic Police Corps of Hunan Provincial Public Security Department; 2. Aged 18 years or older; 3.Willing to participate and able to provide informed consent; 4.Able to complete the questionnaire and cooperate with health examination and health management data collection; 5.If included in the wearable-device monitoring part, willing to wear the device as required.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with severe cognitive impairment, mental or psychological problems, or other conditions that prevent them from understanding the study content or completing the survey; 2. individuals who refuse to participate or withdraw informed consent during the study; 3. individuals with seriously incomplete key data, obviously incomplete questionnaires, or logical errors that cannot be verified; 4. for the wearable-device monitoring part, individuals who are unable to cooperate with wearing the device or whose monitoring data quality does not meet the requirements for analysis.
