Interventions

Oliceridine group:Oliceridine was used during induction of general anesthesia and for postoperative analgesia.
hydromorphone group:Hydromorphone was used during induction of general anesthesia and for postoperative analgesia.

60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing lumbar fusion surgery under general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation; 2.Aged 60–80 years, of either sex; 3.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification I–III; 4.No severe cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, or renal dysfunction; 5.Voluntarily participating in this study and having signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe hepatic or renal dysfunction; 2. Patients with severe cardiac dysfunction; 3. Patients who have used analgesic drugs within 24 hours before surgery; 4. Patients with spinal tumors, tuberculosis, or other infectious conditions; 5. Patients with communication barriers, delirium, or those unlikely to comply with follow-up.
