Experimental group:IL-1 inhibitor injection, specification: 200mg/bottle, single subcutaneous injection.
Control group:Conventional treatment regimen (one of the following options chosen by the researcher based on the "Chinese Gout Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines"): non-steroidal anti-inflammatory dru
colchicine
oral glucocorticoids (such as prednisone). Doses and treatment durations were standardized.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18-70 years old; 2.meeting the ACR/EULAR gout classification criteria for acute attack.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Active infectious phase; 2. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. Allergy to components of the study drug; 4. Long-term use of sedatives or medications affecting sleep rhythms; 5. Presence of other uncontrolled inflammatory arthritis or sleep apnea syndrome.
