Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meeting the surgical indications for hip joint replacement; 2.Age >= 60 years; 3.ASA classification: Grades I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe cardiopulmonary, cerebrovascular, or hepatorenal diseases (such as heart failure, liver failure, uremia, etc.); 2.Patients with impaired consciousness, mental disorders, or communication disorders that prevent them from cooperating with follow-up;
