Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=60 years; 2.Plan to be admitted to the ward with an expected hospital stay of = 7 days; 3.The patient or their legal representative has provided informed consent and voluntarily agrees to participate in the study;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe cognitive impairment that prevents cooperation with the assessment; 2.Severe infections, end-stage malignant tumors, or a life expectancy of less than 3 months; 3.Incomplete data or refusal to participate in the study;
