40 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 40–60 years; 2. Diagnosed with menopausal syndrome; 3. Naturally menopausal; 4. Able to read and understand Chinese, and willing to participate in this study and provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of severe organic diseases, such as cancer or heart disease; 2. Presence of mental disorders.
