18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18 - 75 years old; 2. Have had persistent cough, wheezing and chest tightness for 8 weeks or more; 3. Bronchodilation test is negative; 4. Have completed pulmonary function test, FeNO test and standard acetylcholine bronchial provocation test (determine AHR status and degree by PC20-FEV1); 5. The actual value of FEV1 is more than 70% of the predicted value.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Had respiratory tract infection within the past 8 weeks; 2. Used montelukast, long-acting beta2 receptor agonists, theophylline, anticholinergic drugs, or inhaled or oral glucocorticoids within the past 4 weeks; 3. Had other clearly diagnosed chronic respiratory diseases (such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, bronchiectasis); 4. Cases with incomplete data or unreliable quality.
