Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Holding a valid nurse practicing certificate; 2. Length of on-the-job service >= 6 months; 3. Age >= 18 years old; 4. Voluntary informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Off-duty during the investigation period (sick leave, maternity leave, further study, training, etc.); 2. Long-term leave within 6 months before the survey (more than 3 months); 3. Intern nurses, advanced study nurses and standardized training residents; 4. Nursing management staff (head nurses and above).
