Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Referring to most domestic and foreign trauma literature, all the selected cases were trauma patients whose structural integrity of the body was not damaged by mechanical injury factors. 2. Injury Severity Score (ISS)>=16 points; 3. Meets the criteria for emergency trauma admission, that is, the time from the occurrence of trauma to admission to the department is less than 24 hours; 4. The length of stay in the EICU is more than 48 hours; 5. Age >=18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No severe visual or auditory impairments; 2. Those who have been clearly diagnosed with mental symptoms such as anxiety disorder or depression before admission; 3. Patients who did not meet the standards due to changes in their condition during the trial or proposed it on their own.
