Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old;2. ASA classification between 1 and 4 grades;3. Estimated operation duration >= 120 minutes;4. Blood loss greater than 100 ml.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known neurovascular or peripheral arterial occlusive diseases; 2. Hypothermia, pigmentation of the extremities (affecting observation); 3. Refusal to participate in the study; 4. Pregnancy; 5. Minor abdominal surgery.
