Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntary signing of the informed consent form; 2. Women who visited the obstetrics and gynecology outpatient department or the pharmacy outpatient department of Nanfang Hospital of Southern Medical University during the period from July 2019 to November 2024 during the periconceptional period; 3. Women who have had drug exposure during pregnancy; 4. The complete clinical and postpartum information of patients can be retrieved through the "Donghua Official Database" of Nanfang Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women who have had exposure to drugs of grade D or X during pregnancy; 2. Women who have had miscarriages for various reasons; 3. Patients judged by the researchers to be unsuitable for participation in this study.
