Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Elective surgery, to be performed under general anaesthesia with endotracheal intubation. Patients aged 18–75 years with an ASA II–III. 2.The anticipated duration of the procedure is not expected to exceed three hours. Significant blood loss and the need for transfusion therapy are not anticipated. 3.The patient and their family members were fully informed about the research content and voluntarily participated in and cooperated with the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with combined immune disorders or undergoing immunotherapy, or currently receiving radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 2.Concurrent haematological disorders or haematopoietic dysfunction, with abnormal neutrophil counts and percentage distribution; 3.malignant tumour patients; 4.Patients with evident systemic or localised infection; 5.Patients requiring high-dose corticosteroids during anaesthesia and surgery;
