Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients: 1. Age >=18 years old; 2. ESRD was diagnosed, in accordance with the "Chinese Guidelines for Peritoneal Dialysis Catheterization", and long-term PD was planned for treatment; 3. Voluntarily participated in this study and signed informed consent. Caregivers: 1. Undertake the main care tasks of patients; 2. Age >=18 years old, with normal reading and communication skills; 3. Able to accept regular follow-up and follow patients to the outpatient clinic; 4. Voluntarily participated in this study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients: 1. Patients with previous or current mental illness or severe cognitive impairment; 2. Patients with unstable condition and complicated with other serious diseases, such as tumor; 3. Patients treated with peritoneal dialysis combined with hemodialysis. Caregivers: 1. Paid caregivers; 2. Patients with severe chronic diseases; 3. Those with communication disorders or a history of mental illness; 4. Inability to maintain care throughout the study period.
