Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients underwent preoperative high-frequency ultrasound examination, with complete imaging and clinical data available. 2. All patients underwent surgical resection, and definitive histopathological diagnoses served as the gold standard.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a history of previous parotid surgery or radiotherapy. 2.Patients with poor-quality ultrasound images that precluded effective evaluation. 3.Patients with non-epithelial tumors (e.g., lymphoma, metastasis). These cases were excluded to focus on primary epithelial tumors, unless the sample size was sufficient for a separate subgroup analysis.
