Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age = 18 years old; 2.Initially diagnosed with nasopharyngeal carcinoma by pathological histology; 3.Has completed all radiotherapy and planned chemotherapy cycles (including induction, concurrent or adjuvant chemotherapy) according to the standard protocol, and has been discharged for = 1 month and < 3 months; 4.Possesses basic reading and writing skills, and is able to understand the content of the questionnaire independently or with the assistance of the researcher and complete the filling; 5.Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Having other tumors or other serious diseases of the heart, brain, lungs, etc. 2.The radiotherapy or chemotherapy course was not completed as planned, or the interruption period exceeded one week. 3.Having clear mental disorders, cognitive disorders (such as dementia), or consciousness disorders, and after assessment, it is impossible to communicate effectively or understand the questionnaire. 4.Unable to eat orally, with an enteral nutrition tube in place or using home parenteral nutrition.
