65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients in the cohort who have lived in the community for more than 6 months and are 65 years or older (regardless of gender); 2. Fully conscious, able to communicate with observers and community doctors, possess cognitive judgment ability, and can cooperate with measurements; 3. Able to walk independently and complete mild physical activities on their own (SPPB score >=6); 4. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who are bedridden for a long time and have impaired limbs, or are in the stages of end-stage organ failure, terminal illness, or palliative care; 2. Have contraindications to exercise: myocardial infarction/stroke within the past 6 months, severe osteoporosis, or recent fracture history (within 3 months); 3. Cognitive impairment: MMSE score 1 month).
