40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with primary Parkinson's disease who meet the MDS Parkinson's Disease Diagnostic Criteria (2015); 2. Aged 40-80 years, regardless of gender; 3. Presence of gait disorders, including festinating gait and freezing of gait. Criteria for gait disorders: the physician can observe characteristics of festinating gait or freezing of gait, the patient reports the above gait disorders, and any of items 14-15, 27-30 on the Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale (UPDRS) scores >= 1 point; 4. Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any gait disorders not attributed to idiopathic Parkinson's disease, including those associated with vascular parkinsonism, parkinsonism-plus syndromes, as well as gait disorders caused by various inflammations, trauma, or hereditary metabolic diseases; 2. Patients with dementia or mental illness who cannot understand instructions; patients who have experienced a cerebrovascular accident within the past 6 months; patients with limb paralysis due to sequelae of cerebrovascular disease; 3. Patients with severe anxiety or depression, with a Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD) score > 17 or a Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HAMA) score > 14; 4. Patients with severe liver or kidney dysfunction; 5. Gait disorders caused by skeletal system diseases or related surgeries that affect clinical evaluation; 6. Patients who have previously undergone stereotactic brain surgery; 7. Patients unable to complete an MRI examination; 8. Refusal to participate in this study.
