Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients met the diagnostic criteria for rheumatoid arthritis (American College of Rheumatology, ACR) and were clearly diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. Diagnostic basis: The diagnosis of RA must meet the following clinical features: (1) Inflammatory arthritis involving three or more joints; (2) Positive rheumatoid factor (RF) and/or anti-citrullinated peptide/protein antibodies (ACPA), such as anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody (anti-CCP) testing; (3) Elevated levels of C-reactive protein (CRP) or erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR); (4) Exclusion of diseases with similar clinical features, especially psoriatic arthritis, acute viral polyarthritis, polyarticular gout or calcium pyrophosphate deposition disease, and systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE); (5) Symptoms lasting more than six weeks; 2. The healthy control group was selected from individuals undergoing health examinations during the same period, with clinical laboratory tests excluding other immune system diseases. 3. Complete clinical data were available for all study subjects, and they voluntarily participated in this study.
