18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age is older than 18 years old and younger than 85 years old; 2. Both distal radial artery and conventional radial artery can be touched; 3. The patients signed informed consent before surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Ultrasound assessment of the inner diameter of the distal radial artery >= 2.0mm; 2. Height >= 185cm; 3. Patients with acute ST-segment elevated myocardial infarction, cardiogenic shock or hemodynamic instability; 4. Contraindications for puncture at the distal radial artery and conventional radial artery; 5. Patients with Raynaud's syndrome; 6. Patients with coagulation dysfunction or hematologic disease.
