Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Select the period from April 1, 2026 to April 1, 2028. A total of 250 children underwent elective thoracoscopic surgery with one-lung ventilation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative pneumonia or other abnormalities in respiratory function; 2. Preoperative imaging findings suggestive of pulmonary inflammation, exudation, or atelectasis; 3. Presence of severe cardiovascular disease, immunodeficiency, or other conditions that may affect the study outcomes; 4. Intraoperative intolerance to one-lung ventilation requiring conversion to two-lung ventilation.
