18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients treated at The Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University from July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2025. 2.Aged = 18 years and < 75 years. 3.No gender restriction. 4.Pathologically confirmed breast cancer. 5.Radiologically confirmed brain metastasis. 6.Received at least one cycle of liposomal doxorubicin-containing therapy during the period of brain metastasis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.No radiological assessment performed after treatment with liposomal doxorubicin-containing regimens; 2.Incomplete medical records or unavailable survival status information; 3.Experienced disease progression following anthracycline use in the advanced stage; 4.Discontinued liposomal doxorubicin treatment due to allergic reactions.
