Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Complete baseline clinical data and follow-up outcomes; 2.Age >=18 years; 3.Adequate bowel preparation with cecal intubation; 4. Histopathologically confirmed advanced adenoma; 5.At least one follow-up colonoscopy performed after resection and before June 30, 2027.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Prior history of colorectal cancer (CRC) or colorectal adenoma surgery, or baseline diagnosis of cancer; 2.Familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP) or inflammatory bowel disease (IBD); 3.Incomplete adenoma resection on endoscopic or histopathological assessment; 4.Follow-up duration <6 months after resection.
