Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for LDH and satisfy the surgical indications; 2. Aged 18 -80years; 3. Conscious and with good compliance; 4. All patients have given informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, or severe hepatic and renal dysfunction; 2. Accompanied by acute or chronic infectious diseases; 3. Marked hyperosteogeny with lumbar spondylolisthesis and spinal stenosis.
