Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who visit the emergency department of this hospital due to trauma; 2. Those clinically suspected of having chest or abdominal injuries and requiring imaging examinations; 3. Patients who first undergo bedside emergency chest and abdominal ultrasound after admission, followed by chest and abdominal CT scans; 4. Complete imaging and clinical data, including ultrasound results, CT results, and relevant time records; 5. Age >= 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have not completed chest and abdominal CT examinations or whose imaging data is missing; 2. Those with a history of severe chest or abdominal diseases or surgeries that may affect imaging assessment; 3. Those with thoracic or abdominal effusion or bleeding not caused by trauma; 4. Those whose records are incomplete or complete clinical data cannot be obtained.
