Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age = 65 years; 2.Admitted for a hip fracture (femoral neck, intertrochanteric, or subtrochanteric fracture) and underwent surgical treatment; 3.Anesthesia method comprising general anesthesia, neuraxial anesthesia, or combined anesthesia; 4.Postoperative hospital observation period = 5 days; 5.Complete perioperative vital signs and anesthesia records (including continuous blood pressure monitoring data).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pathological fractures or tumor-related fractures; 2.Concomitant severe multiple trauma or polytrauma (Injury Severity Score [ISS] > 16 or requiring multidisciplinary joint resuscitation); 3.Preoperative diagnosis of delirium or severe cognitive impairment (unable to cooperate with the assessment); 4.Severe missing key data that cannot be resolved via imputation (e.g., missing intraoperative blood pressure records).
