Routine Treatment Group:Regular PD, low-salt diet (daily salt intake <=3g), and sucking ice cubes (daily use <=100g)

Ear Acupoint Pressing Group:In addition to routine treatment, use ear acupoint pressing: select points including Mouth, Xia Wanguan, Shenmen, Jiaogan, Liver, Kidney, Cortex Subcortical, Endocrine, and
Shengjin Gargling Solution Combined with Ear Acupoint Pressing Group:In addition to routine treatment, use of Shengjin gargling solution combined with ear acupoint pressing for 8 weeks.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Maintenance PD for at least 1 month; 2. Age >= 18 years old; 3. XQ scoring sheet score >= 11 points; 4. Normal Kawada drinking test result; 5. Clear consciousness, no history of mental illness, and ability to cooperate with the collection of clinical data; 6. Awareness and signing of an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who are allergic to the ingredients of the saliva-inducing mouthwash or magnetic therapy patches for ear points; 2. Patients with PD combined with MHD; 3. Patients with hemoglobin A1c >= 7%; 4. Individuals with ear deformities or localized inflammation in the ear canal; patients with ulcers, eczema, frostbite, or other skin damage in the external ear that precludes the selection of acupoints; patients experiencing dizziness at acupuncture points; 5. Individuals with dry syndrome and other organic diseases of the salivary glands; those with a history of significant gastrointestinal ulcer symptoms within the past month; and those with a history of cerebrovascular accidents, severe infections, acute gastrointestinal bleeding, hyperkalemia within the past 3 months.
