18 Years to 35 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Participants who fully understand the study, voluntarily agree to participate, and provide written informed consent (ICF); 2.Females aged 18–35 years; 3.Women with natural (spontaneous) pregnancy; 4.Willing to be followed up until 12 months postpartum; 5.Willing to comply with the study protocol and requirements;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Women with infectious diseases, including HIV, active hepatitis, or syphilis; 2.Individuals with chronic diseases, including psychiatric disorders, cardiovascular diseases, renal diseases, or pre-existing digestive system diseases; 3.Multiple pregnancy; 4.Use of antibiotics and/or probiotics within one month before pregnancy or during pregnancy;
